Payment policy

· Customers are required to pay 50% deposit within five days of confirmation of the booking

· The remaining 50% will be paid at least 30 days before arrival or by prior arrangement with the owners

· Bookings made less than 30 days before arrival date must be paid in full immediately on confirmation of booking by the owners

· Bank details for payment will be advised on confirmation of booking

Cancellation policy

· Customers can cancel free of charge up to 60 days before arrival

· Customers will be charged 50% of the total price if they cancel between 60 and 30 days before arrival

· If customers cancel less than 30 days before arrival they will be charged the total price of the reservation

· If customers have good reason to cancel they may change the dates of their booking without charge. This is subject to agreement with the owners

· If the customer doesn’t show up they will be charged the total price of the reservation

Child Policy

· Children under the age of 2 on date of departure stay free of charge

· Children from 2 to 7 years old on date of departure stay for CZk 200 per child per night

· The apartment contains 6 beds and 1 cot

· Extra games/toys may be available on request

Pet Policy

· Any pets accompanying customers must be fully house trained and socialised

· A fee of CZk 100 per night is charged for any pets

· We allow a maximum of two dogs to accompany each booking

· We ask customers to take pets outside the garden to relieve themselves

· If you want to leave pets in the property whilst away on trips, this is subject to prior agreement with the owners

Check-in & Check-out Times

Unless prior agreement has been made with the owners:

· Check-in from 2:00 PM

· Check-out until 10:00 AM

· The owners request that whenever possible, you advise time of arrival using the contact form or by phone

Key Pick up & drop off

Getting into the property: Someone will meet the guest on location. If this is not possible the keys will be in a lockbox on-site. This will be agreed with the customer

Leaving the property: Someone will be present to accept keys from the guest and wish them a safe onward journey. If this is not possible the keys can be left in a lockbox on-site. This will be agreed with the customer prior to departure

House Rules

· Smoking is not allowed

· Customers are expected to tidy the apartment fully before leaving

· Customers are asked to consider the environment in the use of energy and water

· Customers should respect the needs of other guests and are encouraged to help create a pleasant environment for all

· A gas Barbeque is available subject to prior agreement with the owners. Gas cylinders can be purchased from the owners

· The barbecue should be cleaned and stored safely after each use

· Any equipment left in the secured storage area is at the customers own risk

· Although the kitchen is fully equipped the owners are happy to assist with requests for additional equipment where possible

· We do not ask for a damage deposit but we expect guests to advise us of any breakages and agree to accept responsibility for reparation costs if appropriate

· Ball games that could damage plants in the garden are not allowed. There are two play areas next to the property, free for use by customers

· Customers are allowed to have guests. A guest wishing to stay overnight may do so, subject to the number of beds available and agreement with the owners. Guests will be charged the appropriate rate for an overnight stay. The owners are happy to provide additional bedding and towels for guests staying overnight where required
